Entry is guaranteedOnline ticket purchase is highly recommended: on-site ticket counters are limited and primarily available for ongoing promotions, invitations, and visitors with disabilities. 01. When and where?: Il Salone del Camper takes place at Fiere di Parma from September 12 to 20, 2026.
02. What are the exhibition hours?: During the entire event, public access is permitted from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Tickets & Parking

01. How much does the ticket cost?: Ticket prices are as follows:

ONLINE TICKETS:

Weekday single-day ticket (Monday – Friday): €10
Weekend single-day ticket (Saturday or Sunday): €12
Weekend pass (Saturday and Sunday): €20
Reduced ticket for children (ages 6 to 11): €5
Free admission for children under 6 (simply include this information in the registration form; no separate ticket required).

Please note: Staff at the entrance reserve the right to request proof of age for minors.
Please note: Online tickets are subject to a €1 booking fee.

ON-SITE TICKETS (AT THE GATES):
Weekday single-day ticket (Monday – Friday): €12
Weekend single-day ticket (Saturday or Sunday): €15
Weekend pass (Saturday and Sunday): €25
Reduced ticket for children (ages 6 to 11): €6
Free admission for children under 6 (simply include this information in the registration form; no separate ticket required).

Please note: Staff at the entrance reserve the right to request proof of age for minors.

Companions: Caregivers accompanying persons with disabilities must purchase a full-price ticket, except in the following cases:
-The person with a disability has a 100% certified disability;
-The European Disability Card displays the letter “A”, indicating the clear need for a companion.

Free Parking (European Parking Card): Holders of the European Parking Card for Persons with Disabilities may show it at the parking entrance and exit to receive free parking for their vehicle.

Please note: The parking permit is valid only for obtaining free parking. To receive a complimentary admission ticket, please follow the instructions provided in the section above.
02. Where can I buy tickets?: Online ticket purchase is strongly recommended: on-site ticket counters are limited and available
mainly for promotions, invitations and disabled visitors.
It is strongly recommended to purchase online to enter the fair directly.

To purchase tickets online, you must follow this procedure:
On the Mailticket ticketing platform, you can select the quantity of tickets and purchase them by activating an account via login or registration.
Remember to include any visitors under 6 years old in the designated field and only on one of the purchased tickets.
Once the purchase is complete, an email and an SMS with the tickets will be sent.
03. How much does parking cost? How can I pay?: Parking is a single area for cars and campers and costs 10€ per day. It is already possible to park from Friday,
September 12, 2025.
You can pay in one of the following ways:

– Via the Mailticket website, by selecting the day or days of parking subject to availability of bookable spaces-It will always be possible to purchase them on-site. Please note that parking spaces purchased this way are valid only until 24:00 on the selected day. From 00:00, it is necessary to purchase another ticket for the entire following day. – Via the EasyPark app (only for motorists for daytime parking, choosing the exact day of visit at any time during their stay at the fair), by showing the “parking summary” to staff upon exit.

– On-site and at automatic cash machines. Campers entering are given a receipt that must be kept for payment. This receipt can be validated at the automatic cash machines to obtain the exit ticket, after payment.

For weekends, it is not possible to purchase parking in advance. You can pay directly on-site.
04. Are pitches equipped with hook-ups available for camper and caravan stops?: Yes, there are 300 equipped pitches available for extended stays of campers and caravans. The pitches, located in the square in front of the exhibition entrances (South and West), are equipped with electrical hook-ups and water loading and unloading services.
These pitches can be purchased from the first week of June on a dedicated platform at this link: https://piazzole.salonedelcamper.it/ at a cost of 30€ per day, with entry starting from 8:00 PM on the selected arrival day and check-out by 7:00 PM on the departure day. The booking date of the parking spots cannot be changed and the purchase is non-refundable
05. Can I request an invoice for ticket purchases?: It is not necessary; tickets have tax validity.
06. Is it possible to change the ticket or request a refund?: The ticket is neither modifiable nor refundable. It can be transferred to third parties by communicating the new owner directly at the fair entrances or by writing to visitatori@fiereparma.it, providing the name and surname of the new holder and attaching the PDF files of the tickets.
07. Are complimentary tickets available for industry operators?: Complimentary tickets are not available for professional operators.
08. Are there tickets for groups?: Group tickets are not available.
09. Are dogs allowed?: Yes, dogs are allowed. The use of a leash is mandatory.
Owners of medium and large-sized dogs must carry a muzzle and pay particular attention during their visit to the fair.
10. Are school groups allowed?: Educational institutions can enter by prior arrangement with the event secretariat.

How to get to Il Salone del Camper

01. By car, camper or caravan: From the Parma Centro motorway exit (A1), Fiere di Parma can be reached directly in a few minutes. Milan, Bologna, Verona are about an hour’s drive away. Florence, Padua, Turin, and Genoa are just over two hours away.

To reach the exhibition from:
Milan: recommended exit Parma Ovest.
Bologna: recommended exit Parma Centro.
02. By plane: Fiere di Parma can be reached in about ten minutes from Parma Airport, in less than an hour from Milan Linate and Bologna “Marconi” airports. Bergamo Orio al Serio airport is an hour and a half away and Milan Malpensa less than two hours.
03. By high-speed train: Fiere di Parma is connected to the Reggio-Emilia Mediopadana High-Speed Station via a paid shuttle service: Mediopadanalink.
04. By train: The Fair can be reached from Parma railway station in 10 minutes during the event days, thanks to a public bus service with a regular ticket that connects the fair, city center, and station.
This service is exclusively free for exhibitors upon showing their exhibitor pass.
05. By bus: It is possible to arrive by bus. The ticket can be purchased at newsstands, tobacconists, or on board.
From September 12 to 20, an urban bus service with departures every 30 minutes will be available, connecting the center of Parma with Il Salone del Camper.
Only on Saturdays and Sundays, the stop at the East entrance will be available, in addition to the stop at the South entrance – Hall 4.

At the Fair

01. Is it possible to enter and exit the fair multiple times during the day?: You can request to exit for short periods, to go to your camper in the parking lot, without leaving the Fiere di Parma parking area. To do this, simply inform the access staff of the need to exit and re-enter shortly after (max. 1 hour).
02. Is it allowed to go inside the vehicles on display?: Yes, it is possible to visit the recreational vehicles displayed in the pavilions.
03. Where can I find the exhibitor list?: The exhibitor catalog is available and can be consulted online HERE.
The map or guide with the list of all exhibitors and their location can be downloaded from the website and on the official tabUi app, and is available in paper form at the fair’s information points.
04. Are used vehicles on display?: No used vehicles are displayed or sold at Il Salone del Camper. Within the exhibition grounds, in the fair’s parking lots and adjacent areas, it is forbidden to post messages for the sale of used vehicles.

05. Where can I find refreshment points?: Bars are present in pavilions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. In pavilion 4 you will find the Prosciutto Bar and ErreFood.
Restaurants are present in pavilions 2, 4, 5, 7.
A Healthy & Vegetarian Food refreshment area is available in pavilion 3.
In the outdoor area of the West Pavilion, the Fuori Salone Food Court by Birrificio Farnese offers quality proposals, food & music, and zero-dough cuisine linked to Parma’s tradition.
06. Are there baby changing areas?: For changing little ones, many bathrooms are equipped with changing tables. There is also a dedicated area for breastfeeding and baby changing in pavilion 4 (South entrance).
